Flexible zester: The zesting blade is made in the USA and surrounded with BPA-free silicone that flexes. This allows the zester to easily glide over citrus fruit rinds, maximizing lemon zest in one stroke!
Ergonomic shape: The small, round shape fits naturally into the palm of your hand, measuring 2.5" X 2" X 1.5". It can also be comfortably held by a child's hand.
Efficient zesting: Fresh zest falls from the blade to a collecting dish underneath the silicone top, holding about 1 teaspoon.
